Ski and Snowboard Boot Comfort Guarantee

When you buy boots from us we guarantee they will fit. If any problems develop before skiing we will refit the boots or change them at no charge and refund any difference if you change to a cheaper model. If after skiing in the boots you discover any fit problems we will continue to offer a free refitting service. Finally, if despite our best refitting efforts your boots prove unsuitable and have been skied for less than 14 days we will issue you with a credit note less the comfort guarantee charge which is 30% of the original purchase price. To achieve the highest quality of fit a custom orthotic footbed is essential.

The following conditions apply to the
Ski and Snowboard Boot Comfort Guarantee:

Cash refunds are not given.
You must retain your original purchase receipt.
The comfort guarantee is only valid for the season in which the boots are purchased.
Boots purchased between September 1st 2009 and 15th April 2010 are valid for the 2009/10 winter season, finishing on the 15th April 2010. For boots purchased after April 15th 2010 the comfort guarantee is valid until the end of April 2011.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Exceptions:

Due to the personal fitting implications inherent in the purchase of ski boots, we recommend that you purchase these in person in our store. If you do wish to purchase online, please make sure that have tried on the boots instore and have identified that the boots are suited to your aspirations.

Please note: Carters Boot Fit Guarantee does not apply to boots purchased online.

The actual colour and specification of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on this Internet site.

It should be noted that descriptions of product performance and suitability are purely subjective.

Liability Statement

Climbing, hillwalking, mountaineering, skiing, snowboarding and related activities are potentially hazardous. It is the individuals own responsibility to acquire and understand the proper techniques associated with safe participation in these activities. To fully accept and assume all risks, damages, injury or death, which may result from the use of products posted on the Carters360 Internet site.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to a maximum of 7 working days from the day after you receive your order. You must notify us of this intent in writing by email sales@carters360.com immediately.
